Ancient soul

About Me:

Life has, as often does, become very average, lacking in those special moments that take our breath away. Those times where you know that someone is thinking about you, those unexpected messages that make us shiver, those lapses in our own concentration because we’re thinking about them.
I miss the anticipation and the intimacy that comes from excitement, and yes, romance.
It’s not that I’m unhappy in my life, or that I want to change things for anyone. I don’t.
It’s more like … every conversation has been had, passion has become a memory and I’m not ready to accept that life is like a hamster wheel.
I’m missing a connection that spreads through my nerve endings, igniting my soul and that tells me that passion is still part of me.

I’m told I look younger than my age, (I bet they all say that) and I take good care of myself. I’m 5 10’ without the heels, brown hair, and brown eyes. I’m told my eyes are one of my best features but I think my brain is. Perhaps I can have both :)
I like long conversations over a drink with the anticipation of what will follow. I love long walks with a cosy pub at the end to relax where we talk, smile, laugh and feel like the rest of the world doesn’t exist, before spending more intimate moments together.

I don’t take myself too seriously and like to see the fun in life. Each day should bring something to laugh and smile about.

I’ve not entered into this lightly so I’m not prepared to meet someone after a few short conversations in a day.

Ideal Partner:

I don’t have a particular type as I’m more than aware that we can be surprised by an attraction that we never expected.
I prefer a tall man who is well groomed and takes pride in his appearance. There’s something very special about a well turned out man who makes an effort.
A smile is an attractive feature. After all, who doesn’t enjoy a smile! So that is always a good place to start. Good conversation with humour is a great quality and intelligence is a gift.
I enjoy a man who can talk about many things and who has passion for the things he loves to do.

Someone who wants to get to know me in all ways is important to me because I think I have a lot to offer, so I’m more than happy to wait for the right one.
I have no intention of rushing and having one night stands. I’m here to find someone who wants a connection that will enhance not change our lives. It has to mean something.
