About Me:

Modesty is a real killer when you come to write a profile... the British disease, so I'm going do my best to cast my modesty aside and tell you how I hope you'll see me.

From afar I'm just like any other male, pale and stale guy. I came to London a decade ago and now I can't imagine being anywhere else, I love being in London, love the energy, the culture(s), the variety, the sheer beauty of the city on a summer's day, or even a winter's day for that matter. But mostly I love the people... everything is about people in the end, whatever you do.

I'm not sure what to tell you about me... I'm tall, fairly athletic without being obsessive about it, and shaven headed. I'm told I carry myself with a certain confidence. I probably seem a little bit intellectual, maybe a bit posh (which I'm most definitely not), and I'll happily talk to anyone about anything although my ignorance about football is total. I live in a place where the tribes are Tottenham and Arsenal and I keep having to sheepishly say , 'Sorry I've no idea!'. I'd like to be more cultured than I am, but I'll never be borish about it. If we do drinks or dinner I can guarantee we'll have a convivial evening whether or not there's any real chemistry.

From this site I'm looking for something that's more than a hookup but without too much expectation, let's see how it goes. The sex matters, but it's not all that matters, I need connection first. I'm a generous lover, I love to please, I'm liberal and adventurous and I appreciate the same.

Ideal Partner:

The celebrity philosopher Alain de Botton said in one of his presentations that there's no such thing as the perfect partner because we are not perfect, but do not despair he adds, because you will find someone good enough! I appreciate it's not terribly romantic, but it's a point well made, perhaps it's more important to be the right person than to find the right person, and what makes a great relationship is endeavour and compromise.

Physically I'm not even sure I have any real preferences, but in personality I appreciate confidence, integrity, empathy, kindness, and in bed a certain filthyness. As we age, attractiveness is not so much about the beauty we're given as what we do with what we have, and I increasingly find myself drawn to ladies who have achieved something in their lives.
