About Me:

Let me start with a little cynicism. I have been here before and my experiences were poor. I am looking for some higher quality men this time around… we shall see. The best thing about my previous experience, however, is that it has made it very clear in my mind what I want, and what I don’t want.

Firstly, I have a lovely, easy life that I don’t want to change. I have two children, lots of friends and family, and am a normal person. However my marriage is a lonely one and I crave romance and attention.

I’m sarcastic and dry, I think I’m hilarious and as a bare minimum you need to pretend that I am too. I have lots of opinions, some of which I can back up with knowledge. I’m well educated although I don’t get much of a chance to use it day-to-day.

I’m not a chronic texter - my days are busy, late evenings are the best time to catch me. Truthfully, eliciting a response from me on here is 50% about an intriguing opening message/profile, 50% luck.

I’m secure in who I am. I assume you are lying about everything you say until proven otherwise - it is the internet, after all, and a particularly lawless part of the internet at that.

Ideal Partner:

I like a gentlemanly man. Well educated. Successful and financially secure. I live in London and would prefer you did too - I find commuters quite tiresome. But you’re welcome to prove me wrong on that front; I can be open minded.

I like a man to take the lead. Choose restaurants, and wine. I’m an ardent feminist although my preceding paragraphs might suggest otherwise.

Height. The way you men talk about it (or more accurately, women’s attitude to it) is a source of great entertainment to me. The truth is, I’m 5ft4 and almost always wear heels, so as long as you’re over 5ft7 or so I really don’t care. But please don’t lie about it. Lying about height is so commonplace you’ve all forgotten what 6 foot actually looks like. Whatever you say I will mentally subtract 4 inches, and I will add 6 years to whatever age you say you are too. This website is a den of deceit as it is so don’t make it worse 😘
