Hello! I'm a youthful 55-year-old with the heart of a 25-year-old (and occasionally the knees of an 85-year-old on cold mornings). I have a wildly optimistic outlook, and a knack for finding the best parking spots.

I'm a semi-retired professional, which means I've swapped my business suit for pajamas (but I still wear a tie on Zoom calls, because I'm classy like that). When I'm not consulting, I'm usually found on long walks with the dog and talking to my plants (they're great listeners), or dancing like nobody's watching (because usually, nobody is). I have a couple of discreet tattoos and I always smell good in Tom Ford.
