About Me:

Updated as when I put this on initially I was too lazy and used the suggested formats. This is more the real me but using a bit of the formatting this bit is accurate! I am traditional, sociable and outgoing.

I do have grey hair, average height, blue eyes and a bit overweight. Not ridiculously so but it gets harder to keep under control when you get older and like your food and your drink!

On drink it’s wine and gin and the occasional whisky rather than beer although I do like a pint from time to time.

I don’t do fast food!

I'm university educated back in 1970s and am now retired although I do get asked occasionally to help out people with stuff. I am looking for something casual but meaningful and recurring and obviously discretion, trust and friendship are vital.

Of course I am married and have been for over 40 years so this is a leap of faith as I certainly don’t want to become demarried or remarried.

It’s a leap year ladies! Let’s take the plunge!

Ideal Partner:

There is no ideal lady except that she must be a lady! I guess it’s unlikely that you are less than 45. I don’t quite know why I have put that except that I can’t really think why a much younger lady would want to be with someone in their mid sixties. I suppose it’s because we must be able to relate to our own experiences to get on well and a similar age profile seems right. After all I am just about old enough to be father to someone who is 50!

Tall, slender ladies are not really my thing, I prefer someone no taller than me (5’8”) and any build but just not thin! I do like curves but what is much more important is that it’s essential that we could have intelligent discussion over a whole range of topics which might interest us.

I was previously saying that I only wanted to meet with married ladies so that the risk and the danger and the lying and the cheating and the excitement and the fun and everything else is more likely to be equally shared. However I have had a message from a lady who is separated and she makes the good point that status is not the key issue - it is trust and discretion between two consenting adults.

And I should add that I would like to find someone fairly local so Yorkshire and East Lancashire are the best locations although I do travel to London Manchester and the North East from time to time.
