I feel that I'm not ready to get old just yet and would love to meet one lady who is both understanding and open.

I take pride in my appearance and dress to the occasion.

Slim build and after much work at the gym I think I'm safe saying I'm toned and well proportioned.

Yes I have had other affairs in the past, no regrets on either side, just happy memories.

It may sound mad but looking for someone trusting as it's always a good place to start.

I keep fit in a number of ways, gym, sports and it would be nice to meet someone with similar interests but really it's that spark and connection which is more important.
