Hello and thanks for reading my profile.

I'm told I'm a 'fabulously sexy senior' but will leave you to decide for yourself.

Educated to degree level, I'm a retired ESOL teacher. I lived in The Netherlands for 25 years, speak fluent Dutch and have dual nationality (thank you Brexiteers). What I miss most about no longer living in The Netherlands is sailing. If you have a sailing vessel, please let me know. I so want to go to SAIL Amsterdam in 2025 and participate in this wonderful extravaganza on the water again, not just on the quayside.

I enjoy lots of hobbies: Dancing (Ceroc - find it on YouTube if you don't know what it is). I play bridge and scrabble, am learning Mahjong and backgammon. I regularly go to a pub quiz. Cooking is high on my list of enjoyable activities amongst other things LOL. Love a good red wine.

I would like to meet someone who is clean shaven, has a decent haircut and knows that you only get one chance to make a first impression. He must also be someone who can make me laugh, engages in good conversation, is romantic (having lived in The Netherlands, flowers are an integral part of everyday life) and wants to enjoy whatever time is left to us (not being morbid, just honest) as life is not a rehearsal.
