About Me:

Hi, after being in a loveless marriage for over 20 years I have recently been widowed.

I am a very positive, upbeat and happy person to be around. I love good conversation, I am quick witted with a sense of humour and try my best not to be dull....but I guess that’s up to you to decide! I am very tactile, caring and friendly..... I am the very opposite of the alpha male sorry and sometimes wonder if I’ll ever feel properly grown up! I am well educated, intelligent and sensitive...I am blonde, blue eyed and I am not too bad looking I think. I do my best to keep fit by walking most days which I love to do. I work very hard as I am both self employed in the creative industry but also have a full time manual job which I took on to get through the pandemic but have actually learned to enjoy and so I keep doing it....I love the company of women though I’m not that confident initially....it’s been a long time so I’m pretty nervous about this as I have never done this sort of thing before though I’ve often thought about it.

I love music, sport, food and eating out, good company but also enjoy my own time. I have two very close friends and a lot of good acquaintances and I like to spend time with them if I ever get the chance. Sounds weird but I like me....but I say it because I would love to share some precious time with someone who also likes themselves.... there are too many people out there who don’t and it’s not good to be around....does that sound reasonable?

Ideal Partner:

My ideal partner I think would be intelligent, funny, attractive and would be able to hold a good conversation. They would be tactile and loving and would be happy either doing active things together or doing absolutely nothing together as long as it’s with me! 😊
