About Me:

I am married but live more like brother and sister so missing the physical contact of being with someone. Although I am retired , I still undertake some consultancy work so I can be very flexible in meeting. I like feeling excited at the thought of meeting someone and receiving messages knowing they are thinking of me. An ideal evening for me would be drinks and a meal or the theatre followed by........... that is why we are all here isn't it? - but not a quickie, if you can't take your time to enjoy pleasure then pass on to someone else please . I am 5'6" have blue eyes. I am at ease in formal business wear as well as in jeans. I love shoes ...it is my one weakness.
I have been complemented on my eyes as they twinkle when I laugh - you'll need to have a lovely sense of humour and be able to laugh too. I am good company and can hold a conversation on a wide range of topics. I enjoy the occasional glass of wine ..usually red . I enjoy cooking and when I am not in the kitchen experimenting , I can found at the local spa enjoying a dip in the pool or just relaxing in the coffee shop. I have recently taken up wild water swimming.

Ideal Partner:

I am looking for a friend who will turn into a lover. I know the rules - I have been here before - but that shouldn't stop us really enjoying each other's company. Someone who is available to actually meet without feeling guilty is a must for me. You know why you are here so why waste everyone's time if you are going to feel bad? At present we will have to manage with messages and flirty texts. I won't meet before we've at least spoken by phone and exchanged recent photos.

I would like to meet someone who is affectionate, caring ,romantic and honest - other than being on here of course ; I do appreciate the irony in what I am saying but we can be honest with each other.
