I like walking in the country - if there's a nice country pub at the end of it, so much the better. In an ideal world, I'd love to share short breaks, exploring all parts of these wonderful isles we live in. I enjoy live music - but not the mosh pit or muddy festivals any more!

Right, now I've got that off my chest, I'm really quite friendly! I think I'm quite young for my age (but just not 20 years younger!), own house, own car, own teeth, own hair! I treasure my independence, but would also like to spend quality time with the right person. 'Friends with benefits' is often taken as a bad thing, but I don't see why - it could suit so many of us, who don't want to marry again, move house, take on a new partner's family relations, etc, but aren't ready to stop enjoying life with another person, discreetly if necessary for you.
