About Me:

I am lucky enough to have led a very varied and healthy life. I spent time in the armed forces and have been a teacher, firefighter and a musician in the past. I’m a positive soul who always looks forward to the next adventure. I appreciate quality in all things but I can rough it with the best of them. I love travel, great food and good company - don’t we all?

But there is a space in my life that needs filling. Life is just too short to live without that delicious spark of excited anticipation. To meet someone who ignites that spark would be a delight!

Although not a fan of the gym I do keep myself in good shape. I exercise every day, mostly long walks and swimming. Happiest in shorts and tee shirt although suited and booted for business meetings, or for that special first date of course.

I’m a hard working professional who works from home. So my time is flexible. I would prefer to meet you for lunch or a coffee initially. If we connect socially and there is the possibility of more, then evenings out and weekends away together would be lovely. I am looking for an old fashioned love affair with one lady, sharing intimate moments when we can and keeping in touch when we can’t.

I don’t really have a ‘type’. It’s my belief that you can’t manufacture chemistry when it’s not there, and you REALLY can’t deny it when it is.

However there’s a lot more chance of chemistry if you’re fit and healthy, a non smoker, tactile and enjoy good conversation with a substantial dose of humour. An adventurous spirit seals the deal for me
