About Me:

I'm a 61 years old who loves life in general but is missing some excitement, fun, warmth and laughs. I am not looking at changing my home life or yours. In a marriage where we are now more like brother and sister.

University educated, hold down a very responsible job, which is extremely important to me.

Missing the hugs and warmth of being with someone. Although surrounded by people, I am feeling 'lonely'. Someone who will appreciate me and who wants this to be long term.

Eccentric, quirky, flawed, imperfect, crazy at times, into rock music, concerts, camping, motorbikes, and just having a laugh in general. I am a Pagan.

A nomad at heart, I will travel to meet up so I am not just looking in the North East area.

Although initially shy and reserved I have a wicked sense of humour once you get to know me. I dress to please myself and not others, hardly ever wear makeup and am happiest in jeans, but can make an effort if needed. I don't smoke or drink, but I don't mind anyone who does.

Ideal Partner:

Someone who is kind, funny, makes me smile. Looks unimportant as it's the personality that matters. Someone who can make a dull day a bit brighter by a simple morning text. Someone who can laugh at the silliest things and who tells pathetic jokes would be ideal.

I'm looking for one guy only who wants this to be long term. Someone who I can call a friend as well as a lover. I'm not into one night stands and I don't want to be treated as someone who you just want for sex.

I'm not into mind games and I'm not looking for someone who just wants to message all the time. If you are not committed to meet (obviously when we can) then you are probably not on the right site and would be better getting a pen-pal, or look into why you signed up.

You must be trustworthy (even though we are on this site) as I will be. I certainly won't be jumping into bed with you on the first date, so don't ask.
