Please allow me to introduce myself, I'm a man..... Sovent, but not wealthy. Taste? You decide. Not the devil. Tempted?

What do you see? OK, I'm not 16 anymore, but definitely don't feel 60. I don't think I look it either (vanity I know, I'll let you judge when the time comes). 6'1 with mass of once dark brown hair now streaked with grey. Clean shaven (except on some wfh days when I just can’t be bothered). No tattoos or piercings (not an issue if you have). Under the shirt? Neither six-pack nor party 7. Realised some time ago that if I'm going to last I need to be health conscious, but I'm not obsessed.

Unashamed geek and technophile, but very human and connected. Intimately familiar with the use of soap (saddened that so many women feel the need to include 'clean' or 'hygienic' in what they are looking for)

Why am I here? I guess a variation on the usual story. In a relationship that is on life support. I can’t get pull the plug without hurting people who haven’t deserved it. A couple of years ago I met someone who, enexpectedly, showed me that I could still feel things that I hadn't felt for years. I want those feelings again.

Ideal Partner:

Who am I looking for? A friend first, but most definitely with the potential of with benefits. There's no point if there's no connection. I'm not dead from the neck up - nor will you be. I'm not dead from the waist down...... I don't have a defined type. That's not to say I'm not fussed, but I've learnt that saying 'you must have this', or 'you mustn't be that' is superficial. It's the whole person - inside and out - that either clicks, or not. I want someone who is comfortable in their own skin - regardless of what they choose to cover it with (I'm not going to tell you how to dress, and 'looking good' covers a lot of ground) - someone happy to be themselves
