Positive guy, easy going with no airs and graces and do not take myself seriously. I love a good conversation and not just about football or cars.....!!

I do look after myself physically, although I’m not religious about it and do not beat myself up if I miss a session or two at the gym.

This is the first time I've done this type of thing, so here goes.
I'm looking to meet a lady, who may be in a similar position. I've been married for a long time and whilst not wanting to change that, the intimacy and spontaneous side has gone from the marriage.
