Merry Widow

About Me:

I’ve been widowed for several years years now and generally happy with my situation. I am retired and luckily solvent and financially secure. I keep active and would say I’m fitter than average. I’m outgoing, have lots of wonderful friends and keep busy socially but miss male company. I like to travel and enjoy different cultures and experiences, am particularly fond of Spain where I have a holiday home. I have recently purchased a small, but centrally located flat in London that is used by a family member two nights a week that I often visit.

Ideal Partner:

I thought this site would suit my situation as I’m not looking for a new life partner but someone who has time to maybe go away for a couple of days, share days out. This may be like looking for a needle in a haystack but I’m not desperate, would rather wait for the right person. I’ve tried on line dating but people assume you’re looking for a life partner or want to move in. I want someone with a great sense of humour who is fun to be with , likes the theatre, live music and events. He would need to be intelligent and be able and open to discuss lots of topics. I don’t have fixed ideas of how a partner should look but would prefer someone without facial hair. A non smoker is essential.
