I am based about two weeks a month in the US in Texas and two weeks a month in the U.K. for work, this being the arrangement I came to with my employer given that my husband did not want to move to the UK permanently. In exchange, the arrangement that I have with my husband is that what I do whilst I'm in London stays in London.
