About Me:

I'm an affectionate, sensitive and fun-loving man, with a genuinely youthful disposition combined with classic core values, particularly when it comes to treating others with courtesy and kindness. I particularly enjoy my independence, and have no desire to change that, nor your chosen lifestyle, other than to share quality time together. I have a broad range of interests from simple pleasures to the downright nerdy (something I have no problem laughing at myself about!) and it would sometimes be nice to share some of them with a like-minded person. Any Ballroom and Latin American dancers out there in need of a special partner? I'd like to start lessons again (I was Gold standard but that was a few years ago now...) Life has been kind (or maybe I'm lucky with my genes!) but people tell me I'm a good looking chap! I'm tall - 6'2"/188cm, fit, have no problem staying in good shape (suit size 42L jacket, 34" trouser waistband, 85Kg), am tanned with silver-grey short hair, clean shaven and generally nicely groomed - partly because my job demands it but also because I think I look an absolute shower with stubble!! I'm constantly being told I look way younger than my actual age, and like to think that when they say 'look' they're not meaning 'act'! I live in a lovely - if rather small - apartment in the centre of Georgian Bath and am making the most of life in this beautiful city, but feel equally at home in the country.

Ideal Partner:

In a perfect scenario, you would be in an open relationship, or at least one with a tacit agreement of the "don't ask, don't tell" kind. I believe ethical non-monogamy is healthiest, but I also understand real-world needs and difficulties, as well as the social mores we are all - in various ways - obliged to adhere to. Although physical and sexual attraction is important to me, beauty comes also from within, and my ideal partner would have the imagination, cheerfulness and open-mindedness to see the opportunities IE brings as a positive thing and want to make the most of it.

If pressed to list which physical attributes most appeal, I am most drawn to the tall, slim elegant look. That stated, I also find petite women particularly enticing but wonder about the sheer practicalities as I'm so tall! Perfect for being your 'Big Spoon', I s'pose! More than happy to be won over on that one! I'm not generally a fan of tattoos but some can be cute. Come-To-Bed eyes are alway wonderful, and, in the words of the great song, "... that smile that wrinkles your nose touches my foolish heart"!
