Unique first messages

What is the best most unique opening message you have ever received? I have just joined and don't want to just say hello!

I feel the pressure on men on what to send in a first message is somewhat unfair, it's either too simple or unimaginative or generic. Keep in mind he knows nothing about you yet and he is only trying to break the ice

@The Lady Chaffeur

Your profile is really imaginative! Wow!

And I can definitely imagine you getting a winning message off Patch1000, his profile was a very great read.

In answer to the thread author's question, I recently I got a poem made out of bits of my profile...it really intrigued me in it's writer! Messaging now...

I had one amazing opening msg.... she said "Omg, where have you been? I crave a man like you!. Please let me know if you want to chat'
It worked too. 😁

Well, if a computer generated my profile it probably has a virus or it's hard disk is on it's way out!

Most unique message....how about "there's something wrong with my phone.........it doesn't have your number on it!

Well using my name would actually put you in the top one percent of men who message me. Followed by something you've read in my profile (saying I have a nice arse dosen't count fellas). Then why you think we might get along.
Start with that and see how you go.

I suspect (for the men) the opening message even whe; well crafted will make no difference for what appears (from anecdotal feedback) to be approaches to ladies not genuinely seeking affairs, the obvious fake profiles, and the angry..... In other words the ones who just want to chat, get a password and then block.... Why?? No idea....
So I have sympathy for the difficulties in trying to get it right....
But as an underlying piece of advice that comes up again and again, read what is in profile try to find a relevant hook to open a conversation.... That said there is no perfect answer as we are all individual....

This is really important. I see men saying women don't reply but they keep sending generic introductory messages.

A good first message shows interest in the person you're sending it to. Pick a few things out of her profile and do something creative with them. You want to stand out from other men.

Then say a little about yourself, but only a little to spark her interest.

Your first message is to start a conversation, so ask questions that she would want to answer.

Pay attention to the hints on her profile about what she doesn't like. I say in my profile that I'd rather build an attraction before I see a man's photo but I still get passwords in the introductory message. Some people clearly state that proximity is important but they still get messages from others who are miles away.

It could get her back up... don't get her back up because you're unlikely to get a reply.
