Maybe he’s worried or anxious?

That’s going to depend on how Not Shy and patient you are! Are you up to stripping him and tying him to a chair while you caress him and ask him about what he wants/ how he feels about the things you want?
Any hesitation or censure of his responses you replace your warm, sensual hand with a (melting, you don’t want to take any skin off!) ice cube.

Get him in the hotel room and then walk out of the bathroom dressed in full domina latex and tell him you're going to peg him with a rolling pin whoilst wearing those extra thick pink marigolds with the fingers that are ribbed for extra pleasure.

If he reacts by looking at you and the only thing he can say is "meep" then my darling, if your attraction is as strong as you say, accept that his syness is here to stay and buy a lovely studded dog collar and a cueball gag.
